## Usage Limits

### How limits work

* **Keywords**: Total keywords across all campaigns
* **Chat questions/week**: Number of AI platform queries per week
* **Competitors**: Total competitors across all campaigns
* **Content generation**: Articles generated per billing period

### What happens at the limit

* You'll receive a notification at 80% and 100% usage
* Monitoring continues for existing keywords (never interrupted)
* New keywords/competitors can't be added until next billing cycle or upgrade
* Content generation pauses until next billing cycle

### Viewing your usage

Go to **Account > Usage** to see:

* Current usage vs. limits
* Usage trend over recent months
* Projected usage for current billing period

## Billing

### Payment

* Monthly billing by default
* Annual billing available (2 months free)
* All major credit cards accepted
* Invoicing available for Enterprise

### Changing plans

* **Upgrade**: Immediate - new features available instantly, prorated for current billing period
* **Downgrade**: Takes effect at next billing cycle. Data is preserved but access to premium features is restricted.

### Cancellation

* Cancel anytime from **Account > Billing**
* Access continues until end of current billing period
* Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
* Re-subscribe anytime to restore access
