# Publishing Dashboard

## Dashboard Overview

### Summary Metrics

| Metric                 | Description                              |

| **Articles published** | Total published content this period      |
| **Gaps targeted**      | Number of gaps addressed with content    |
| **Gaps closed**        | Gaps where you now appear (%)            |
| **Avg. score lift**    | Average AAR improvement per article      |
| **Content pending**    | Articles generated but not yet published |

Click any article to see:

* Full before/after comparison
* Which platforms now mention you
* Bot visits to the page
* SERP position for the keyword
* AI Overview citation status
* Timeline of events (indexed → visited → mentioned)

### Gap detail

Click any targeted gap to see:

* Original gap data (when identified)
* Content generated to close it
* Current gap status (open/closed/partial)
* Competitor status for same keyword

## Filters

## Managing Content

### Review drafts

For content in Draft mode:

1. Click the article in the pipeline
2. Review in the preview pane
3. Edit if needed
4. Click **Publish** or **Schedule**

### Reschedule content

For scheduled articles:

* Drag on the calendar to change dates
* Or click and select a new date/time

### Regenerate

If an article isn't performing:

1. Click the article
2. Click **Regenerate**
3. New version created with different angle
4. Original is archived (not deleted)

## Tips

* **Check the closure rate weekly** - It tells you how effective your content strategy is
* **Review best performers** - Understand WHY certain articles work better
* **Don't neglect drafts** - Unpublished content can't close gaps
* **Watch the pipeline** - Too many articles stuck in one stage indicates a bottleneck
* **Correlate with score changes** - The impact timeline shows whether publishing is driving improvements
