Common Tasks

Changing your email

  1. Go to Account > Profile
  2. Click Change Email
  3. Enter new email address
  4. Verify via confirmation email
  5. Login now uses new email

Updating payment method

  1. Go to Account > Billing
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Confirm - next charge uses new card

Inviting team members (Enterprise)

  1. Go to Account > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Admin/Editor/Viewer)
  5. They receive an invitation email

Canceling subscription

  1. Go to Account > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until end of billing period
  5. Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
Cancellation doesn’t delete your data immediately. You have 30 days to resubscribe and restore access. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
