Quick competitive check (2 minutes)
- Check your SOV - stable, growing, or declining?
- Scan displacement feed - any recent position losses?
- Note gap count - are gaps increasing?
Weekly competitive review (15 minutes)

- Check head-to-head with top competitor

Tips
- Watch SOV trends - A declining SOV even with stable mentions means competitors are growing faster
- Respond to negative displacements quickly - The longer a competitor holds a position, the harder to reclaim
