Accessing History
Navigate to Campaign > History to see a chronological list of all completed sessions.History View
Session List
Each session entry shows:| Column | Description |

| Date | When the session ran |
| AI Authority Rank | Score for that session |
| Change | Score change from previous session |
| Keywords active | How many keywords were tracked |
| Mention rate | Overall mention percentage |
| Top keyword | Best performing keyword that session |

Data Retention

Historical data is never deleted during an active subscription. Retention limits only apply if your plan is downgraded or subscription lapses.
Using History for Strategy
Identifying what works
Compare periods before and after actions you took:- Published content → Check next 3-4 sessions for improvement
- Added keywords → Track mention rates for new keywords
- Changed competitors → See if new comparisons reveal insights
Spotting trends

Session Annotations
Add notes to sessions for context:- Click a session in the history list
- Click Add Note
- Enter context (e.g., “Published 3 new blog posts this week”)
- Note appears on the timeline for future reference
Tips
- Review monthly - Set a monthly reminder to review your last 4 sessions
- Annotate significant events - Note when you publish content, change strategy, or competitors make moves
- Export for clients - Use PDF exports for client reporting
- Compare quarters - Monthly noise fades; quarterly trends are clearer
- Don’t panic over single sessions - One bad session doesn’t indicate a problem; look at the trend
