Step-by-Step
Create your first campaign
From the dashboard, click New Campaign.Give your campaign a clear name that describes what you’re monitoring. Good examples:
- “Brand Monitoring - US Market”
- “SEO Services - Q1 2026”
- “Product Launch - AI Tools”
Add your brand
Enter your brand name exactly as you want it detected in AI responses.
- Primary name: Your main brand identifier (e.g., “Acme Digital”)
- Domain: Your website URL (e.g.,
acmedigital.com) - Variations (optional): Alternative spellings or abbreviations (e.g., “ACME”, “Acme Digital Agency”)
Add keywords to track
Keywords are the questions and topics FAII will monitor across AI platforms and search engines.Think like a customer asking an AI for recommendations, not like an SEO targeting search terms.
Add at least 5 keywords to get meaningful insights. You can add more later.

You can import keywords in bulk via CSV upload. Go to Campaign Settings > Keywords > Import.
Add competitors
Adding competitors lets you see how your visibility compares. For each competitor, enter:
- Competitor name: How they’re referred to in AI responses
- Domain: Their website URL
Run your first session
Click Run Now to start your first monitoring session. Here’s what happens:
- SERP Intelligence checks your Google rankings (2-5 min)
- Chat Intelligence queries all AI platforms with your keywords (5-15 min)
- Analysis engine processes mentions, sentiment, and positions (1-2 min)
- Dashboard updates with your results
View your AI Authority Rank
Once your session completes, head to the Dashboard to see your AI Authority Rank - a single score from 0 to 100 that tells you how visible your brand is across AI platforms.
