Managing Content
Review drafts
For content in Draft mode:- Click the article in the pipeline
- Review in the preview pane
- Edit if needed
- Click Publish or Schedule
Reschedule content
For scheduled articles:- Drag on the calendar to change dates
- Or click and select a new date/time
Regenerate
If an article isn’t performing:- Click the article
- Click Regenerate
- New version created with different angle
- Original is archived (not deleted)
Tips
- Check the closure rate weekly - It tells you how effective your content strategy is
- Review best performers - Understand WHY certain articles work better
- Don’t neglect drafts - Unpublished content can’t close gaps
- Watch the pipeline - Too many articles stuck in one stage indicates a bottleneck
- Correlate with score changes - The impact timeline shows whether publishing is driving improvements
