Quick Answer: Campaign Settings let you adjust everything about your monitoring: keywords, competitors, platforms, scheduling, alerts, and integrations. Access via Campaign > Settings.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to your campaign, then click Settings in the sidebar or top navigation.

Settings Categories

General

Keywords

Manage your keyword list:
  • Add keywords - Enter new keywords to monitor
  • Remove keywords - Stop tracking specific keywords
  • Bulk import - Upload a CSV of keywords
  • Keyword status - See which keywords are active
  • Performance data - Which keywords produce mentions

Competitors

Manage your competitor list:
  • Add competitors - Enter competitor names/URLs
  • Remove competitors - Stop tracking specific competitors
  • Auto-discovery - Let FAII find competitors for you

Scheduling

Configure when monitoring sessions run:
Weekly monitoring is recommended for most brands. It provides enough data frequency to spot trends without overwhelming you with data.

Configure notifications: Alert channels:
  • Email (all plans)
  • Dashboard notification (all plans)
  • Webhook (Professional+)

Saving Changes

  • Changes save automatically when you navigate away from a setting
  • A “Saved” confirmation appears after each change
  • Changes take effect from the next monitoring session
  • Some changes (like adding keywords) may trigger a partial re-run

Resetting a Campaign

If you need to start fresh:
  1. Go to Settings > Advanced
  2. Click Reset Campaign Data
  3. Confirm the action
Resetting deletes all historical data for the campaign. This cannot be undone. Your settings (keywords, competitors, etc.) are preserved.
