Focus on keywords with buying intent:- “best [service] for [specific need]”
- “recommend a [service] that [specific feature]”
- “looking for [service] in [location]“
For competitive intelligence
Track keywords where competitors appear:- “[competitor] alternative”
- “[competitor] vs” (without specifying the second brand)

For content gap identification
Track broad topic keywords:- Industry terms and concepts
- Common questions in your space
- Topics you want to own
Keyword Limits
| Plan | Keywords Allowed | Across Campaigns |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 25 | 25 total |
| Professional | 100 | 100 total |
| Enterprise | 500+ | 500+ total |
At the limit
- You’ll be notified at 80% and 100% usage

Keyword Performance
Viewing performance data
Each keyword shows:| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Mention rate | % of AI responses that mention your brand |
| Position | Average position when mentioned |
| Sentiment | How positively you’re described |
| Competitor mentions | Which competitors appear |
| Trend | Improving or declining over time |
Identifying top performers
Sort keywords by mention rate to find:- Keywords where you’re strongest (protect these)
- Keywords where you’re weakest (content opportunities)
- Keywords with improving trends (momentum)
- Keywords with declining trends (investigate)
Managing Keywords
Removing keywords
- Go to Campaign > Settings > Keywords
- Click the × next to the keyword
- Confirm removal
Removing a keyword stops all monitoring for that term. Historical data is preserved for reference but no new data will be collected.
Editing keywords
Keywords can’t be edited (they’re exact match phrases). To change a keyword:- Remove the old keyword
- Add the new version
Pausing keywords
Enterprise plans can pause keywords without removing them:- Paused keywords don’t count toward limits
- No monitoring occurs while paused
- Resume anytime to restart tracking
- Historical data preserved
