Custom range

Select specific start and end dates:
  1. Click the time range selector
  2. Choose Custom
  3. Pick start date
  4. Pick end date
  5. Dashboard updates to show only that period

How Time Ranges Affect Data

Charts and graphs

  • Line charts show all data points within the range
  • Bar charts aggregate by appropriate intervals:
    • 7 days: daily bars
    • 30 days: daily or weekly bars
    • 90 days: weekly bars
    • All time: monthly bars

Tables

  • Tables show the most recent data by default
  • Historical columns reference the selected period
  • “Change” columns compare start to end of period

FAII data is session-based (not continuous). Understanding this:

Between sessions

Between monitoring sessions, data doesn’t change. The time range filter shows data from sessions that ran within that period.

Best Practices

For daily monitoring

Use Last session to:
  • Check the most recent results
  • See current scores and mentions
  • Review recent displacement events

For weekly reviews

Use Last 7 days to:
  • Compare this session to last session
  • Identify short-term changes
  • Spot immediate issues

For monthly reporting

Use Last 30 days to:
  • Generate monthly reports for stakeholders
  • Show monthly progress
  • Identify monthly trends
  • Set benchmarks for next month

For strategic analysis

Use Last 90 days or All time to:
  • See the big picture
  • Identify long-term trends
